Family Law experts working with Police officers
The Police divorce team is headed by Amanda McAlister who is based at both our London and Manchester offices of Russell Jones & Walker. Amanda is passionate about ensuring that Police officers and their families receive straightforward advice and a professional pro-active service in any matter related to the Family law.
All members of the Russell Jones & Walker's Family law team are individually trained on all aspects of Police pay, culture and pensions. Our Family law experts work very closely with key organisations such as Mouchel Pensions Services, Greater Manchester pensions, the Home Office and The National Police Federation which ensures that we are kept up to date with any proposed changes to Police pay and pensions.
All members of the RJW's Family law team are members of Resolution which is the country’s leading organisation for Family lawyers. Other lawyers also working with Police forces nation-wide are advanced members of the Law Society Family Panel and several solicitors in the department are trained as collaborative lawyers.
